Job Details



Responsiblities

  • keeping fire risk works order data up to date
  • raising purchase orders
  • collating data
  • planning trade diaries
  • raising and planning follow ons
  • liaising with subbys

Requirements 
  • Knowledge of inventory management including in-house and external supply chains
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a housing association or council
  • Good understanding of repairs types, prioritisation and timeframes, trades and materials, stock and asset information
  • Good Customer Service Skills

Contract 
  • Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend 
  • PAYE via Umbrella 
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
