Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Hybrid - 3 days in onsite)
£400 per day umbrella

About You
We're looking for a professional who is:

Strategic and visionary, with a proven track record in commercial development within the public sector or similar environments.
Must have local authority experience
Experienced in community safety, regulatory services, and enforcement, with an understanding of the associated challenges and opportunities.
Skilled in identifying new markets, commercial trends, and income-generating opportunities.
An effective communicator and collaborator, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will:

Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy and delivery plan aimed at achieving significant income growth across community safety, integrated enforcement, and regulatory services.
Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities in the borough within areas such as integrated enforcement and ASB services, CCTV services and infrastructure and regulatory services including street trading and markets.
Collaborate with service managers, external partners, and senior leadership to embed a commercial culture and innovative service models.
Lead business planning, market analysis, and service redesign initiatives to create sustainable and profitable service offerings.
Develop robust business cases, pricing models, and performance frameworks to drive results and ensure accountability.
