Job Description

Location: London Borough - West London

Reports to: Head of Estates
Rate: £280pd - £287pd (PAYE)

Role Overview:
Manage the Council’s commercial garage portfolio, ensuring maintenance, reducing voids, increasing rental income, and identifying redevelopment opportunities.
Focus on asset management, marketing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Inspections: Regular inspections and timely maintenance.
- Income Maximisation: Strategies to increase rental income and reduce voids.
- Customer Service: Handle enquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Marketing & Lettings: Create and execute marketing strategies and manage lettings.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, forecast sales, and manage expenditure.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare performance reports and analyses.
- Collaboration: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address site risks and issues.

Candidate Profile:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field or substantial relevant experience.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Experience in facilities management, budget monitoring, and property letting.
- Strong customer service orientation and commercial sales experience.
- Proficient in IT and data management.

Desirable Attributes:
- Knowledge of Local Authority governance.
- Experience in asset management and developing work programmes.
- Ability to implement marketing strategies.
