£45,199 per annum depending on experience

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Response Supervisor to lead our responsive repairs and maintenance service in a defined operational area. You’ll manage a team of trades staff and ensure that every job is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard—keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a high-performing, customer-focused team of 10–20 tradespeople.
- Ensuring reactive housing repairs are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Monitoring operational performance and taking action to meet or exceed targets.
- Managing customer feedback and resolving complaints quickly and effectively.
- Overseeing specialist contractors, reviewing SLAs, and ensuring work quality.
- Managing budgets, cost control, and performance reporting.
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company processes.
- Participating in the out-of-hours rota and supporting trades when needed.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, reactive maintenance or repairs environment.
- Strong ability to diagnose property repairs and deliver cost-effective solutions.
- Trade or construction-related qualification.
- Health & Safety qualification (SSSTS, SMSTS, IOSH, or equivalent) and working knowledge of legislation.
- Solid background in cost management and budget control.
- Excellent people management and development skills.
