Electrician
We are looking for a skilled and qualified Electrician to join our Building Services team, working across domestic properties. You will carry out a wide range of electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations to a high standard, ensuring compliance with QCC and NICEIC regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical works including testing, inspection, repairs, and installations.
• Complete and certify all works in line with NICEIC requirements.
• Use and maintain electrical testing equipment, tools, and vehicles safely.
• Supervise and support apprentices and trainees.
• Liaise with clients, residents, and colleagues to ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all works and materials used.
• Adhere to Health & Safety legislation, asbestos procedures, and Building Services policies.
• Participate in emergency call-outs and contribute to continuous service improvements.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of domestic electrical works.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Full driving licence.
• Commitment to health, safety, and customer care.
