£26,500 per annum
Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor to join a busy and customer-focused store operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
The store is the operational heart of the business, and you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service while helping the store achieve its financial targets.

The Role As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will:

• Handle sales enquiries over the phone and face-to-face
• Advise customers on available services and maximise every sales opportunity
• Contribute to achieving weekly, monthly and annual sales targets
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and in line with company procedures
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always followed
• Support bad debt control processes
• Undertake lone working when required and act as key holder in management absence
• Carry out physical store rounds and forklift duties where required

About You We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience as a customer sales adviser 
• Is confident speaking with customers both in person and over the phone
• Has a proactive, sales-driven mindset
• Works well independently and within a small team
• Is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable following procedures
• Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
