Location: Bordon
Rate: Up to £21.31 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: 3-month temporary contract
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm)
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Independent Living Partner to join a leading housing provider in Bordon on a 3-month temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in housing management and tenancy support who is passionate about helping residents live independently and sustain their tenancies.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality housing management and tenancy support to residents.
- Support customers to maintain independent living and achieve positive outcomes.
- Carry out welfare visits, property inspections and tenancy-related visits.
- Build strong relationships with residents, partner agencies and support services.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal IT systems.
- Identify safeguarding concerns and make appropriate referrals where required.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide practical advice and support.
- Work independently while managing a varied caseload and prioritising workloads.
- Promote resident wellbeing and tenancy sustainment.
- Previous experience working within Housing Management, Independent Living, Supported Housing, Tenancy Support, or a similar housing-related role.
- Experience working independently and managing your own caseload.
- Strong record-keeping and IT skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents and partner agencies.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and supporting vulnerable customers.
- Experience within a housing association or local authority environment is desirable.
