Income Recovery Specialist
Location: Bracknell
Rate: £20.59 per hour
Contract: 3-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend up to 6 months
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm
 
We are currently recruiting for Income Recovery Specialists to join a housing team in Bracknell on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in housing, income recovery, welfare benefits or a customer-focused environment to support residents and help manage housing-related income matters.
About the Role
You will work as part of a customer-focused team, supporting residents and helping to ensure housing-related income is managed effectively. The role will involve working with customers, providing appropriate support and using your knowledge of housing and welfare benefits to help resolve issues.
About You
We're looking for candidates with:
Experience working in a housing, income recovery, welfare benefits or customer service environment
Knowledge of housing and welfare benefits
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines
A professional and empathetic approach when dealing with customers
